Choose LEGENDARY- Your tier, your contents: every box includes the item quantities and product types stated for the tier you purchase. Any extra gift is a bonus and does not replace a required item.
- Configuration matters: when a listed new-generation keyboard is selected, it uses the switch configuration shown in that tier's pool. Other configurations are not interchangeable.
- Random selection: models, colors, switches and layouts are selected by FGG from the available inventory for your tier. Both ELITE and LEGENDARY include a MAD G PRO or MAD G MAX mouse selected from available stock. MAX availability is very limited, and no specific mouse model or color can be requested or guaranteed. Product images are examples.
- Compatible extras: a NANO-series light box, if included as an extra gift, is supplied only with a compatible NANO-series keyboard. Extra gifts are not guaranteed.
- Shipping: the $74.99 ELITE and $99.99 LEGENDARY boxes include free standard shipping to supported destinations, applied automatically with no code. CORE and other separately purchased items retain their applicable shipping charges. Available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment.
- Support: contact support@f.gg if an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or missing. Applicable FGG policies and consumer rights continue to apply.

Mystery Box Rules
- Random selection: FGG determines the specific products included in each Mystery Box from the eligible product pool.
- No model selection: Customers cannot request a specific keyboard, color, switch, layout, mouse, or variant unless the offer explicitly guarantees it.
- Personal preference: Choosing a Mystery Box means accepting the random selection. We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer prefers a different model, color, switch, layout, or product.
- Product issues: Defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items remain eligible for customer support under the applicable FGG policies.
- Limited inventory: Mystery Box contents depend on eligible inventory available during the promotion. Specific products shown in promotional materials are examples and do not guarantee that every box contains them.
- Tier guarantee: We guarantee the item quantities and product types stated for your selected tier. Specific models and configurations are random within its listed pool; the value varies with the selected items.
- No stacking: Mystery Boxes cannot be combined with additional discount codes or other promotions unless explicitly stated.
